The room was mediocre, and on arrival it had a stale, cigarette smell that made for a poor first impression. For a room meant for five, I'd expect the toilet to be separate from the bathroom, but it wasn't. The whole place felt more like a student hostel than a comfortable room. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff were especially unfriendly, and even asking a question seemed to be too much. They couldn't manage a simple “good morning.” I felt like an intruder in a student house, bothering them whenever I needed to ask something. There was no hospitality at all.

The stube is cozy, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The hotel is in a top location, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is a little dated but fine. Breakfast is basic, but fine too.

The house was spotless and the rooms looked neat. Breakfast had plenty of variety, with perfectly cooked eggs and the best pancakes. The hosts were so nice and friendly. Everything was organized perfectly, and compliments to Marise, Michiel, and Beer.

You can walk to both the ski lift and town center in around 5-10 minutes. The host was friendly, and breakfast was excellent and delicious.

We've been coming to Sölden with a big group for years and staying in one of their chalets. The hosts are always so friendly. We'll be back next year for sure! 😁
