Karolina spent a good while helping me get my luggage back after it was lost in Munich, and she even helped me find the right shops for replacement things. The hotel itself is really lovely and close to the lifts. I was also surprised by how large and modern the spa was. Really recommend it.

The hotel has new rooms and very good bathrooms, and the breakfast service was good. The beds weren’t very comfortable, though, and the bed linen could be much better. For skiing, the location is ideal: ski rental is right across the street and the cable car is three minutes away. They’re missing dinners this year, so I hope those come back soon.

The restaurant service was atrocious, partly because they seemed understaffed. The front desk was a little better. The rooms themselves are good, clean, and spacious, and there’s a dedicated ski equipment room downstairs. The location is very convenient, but I’ll look for somewhere else next time.

Carolina was the one bright spot. She was really sweet, and the only reason I’m giving the hotel a star. The location is great and the room was decent, but the service was really bad overall. The food was underwhelming, and the head waiter was a bit rude.

The spa was available and the Wi-Fi was fast, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. It’s a lovely place for families, especially with children, and close to the town’s best attractions. Our room was luxurious and clean, the food was great, and the stay was excellent. Thank you.
