The host was responsive and helpful, and we’d come back. Our family of four stayed for seven nights in January 2026 in the ground-floor Brunnekogel apartment. Everything was in very good condition, nearly new, with useful amenities, warm rooms, and enough hot water for all of us. An oven in the kitchen might have helped, but we managed to cook what we needed without any trouble. The area was quiet despite being only about five minutes on foot from the Giggijoch gondola, shops, and restaurants, and right by Freizeit arena. Parking was available too.

Good value for the money, with a helpful host and quick, easy communication. The gondola is about a five-minute walk away, the pool about two minutes, and everything else in Solden is close by.

A decent, clean apartment with enough space, though the interior isn’t anything special. You can walk to the Giggijoch ski lift, and Freizeit arena is right next door. Residents also get 15% off at the local ski school. I’d happily stay here again.

Haus Kristiania is right in the center of Sölden, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bus stops, and cable cars. Our apartment was clean, organized, and well equipped, including everything we needed to cook for a short or longer stay. Parking behind the house is possible. I’ll definitely return. The location is very central, and the place was spotless. But two people in a small space can make a mess, and I clean my home every day, as hotels do too. There were no cleaning supplies except a dishcloth, and no instructions for the hot plate or microwave. Nobody showed us the sauna or invited us to use it, though I saw a sign-up list in the hall. Our towels weren’t changed during the week.
