The accommodation was okay for the price, but I found the owners extremely unpleasant, especially as a foreigner from Eastern Europe. From my first interaction with the owner, I had a xenophobic feeling. We were left without heating for three nights in a row. When we went to their door to complain, they shut it in the middle of my sentence. They live in the same building, which also didn’t feel suitable when you’re young and want to sleep after 10. I’ve seen other reviews, apparently from Austrian or German guests, describing the owners as chatty and friendly. Personally, I’ve never encountered owners this unpleasant.
