BEWARE. The location looked beautiful, and we were excited to stay there, but the accommodation and customer service were awful. For 2.5 of our 4 days there was no hot water. Management/the owner did nothing to fix it or compensate us, so before a wedding we had to wash our hair in the kitchen sink. Customer service was nonexistent, and the stay was miserable. I'd stay far away.

The customer service was appalling, and the whole experience was awful. Don't spend your money here. There are plenty of cute places nearby that are much nicer.

BE CAREFUL!!! We picked this place for its beautiful setting and because it was close to our wedding venue, Weingut Tement. The property appears to have recently changed its name from "Hideaway an der Weinstraße - Pool & Sauna - Apartments AnDerLage" to "Weinlandzauber An der Lage", likely because of multiple poor reviews. An unexpected maintenance problem left our apartments without hot water for 48 hours. Our family had to get ready for the wedding using cold water from the kitchen sink to wash and bathe. We paid 900 EUR for two rooms, and expected more from accommodation at that price. The owner reluctantly offered 75 EUR, which was nowhere near acceptable. Since the fault was entirely the property's, we shouldn't have had to negotiate for fair compensation, especially after the disruption and discomfort on our wedding day. The hospitality felt very cold, much like the water. We wouldn't recommend staying here.
