We first stayed with the Lindbichler family twice and felt so comfortable that we're going back for another holiday this year. The apartments are clean and cosy, have everything you need, and the balcony looks out over a breathtaking view. The family are friendly, helpful, and especially good with children. Fresh rolls are available daily if you like, along with fresh milk, eggs, and other things from the farm. Spital and Windischgarsten are lovely little towns, and there are lots of places to visit and beautiful hiking trails nearby. We're planning many more holidays with the Lindbichler family.

Snow chains are essential in winter! We spent Christmas in the Bosruckblick apartment with three adults and our three-year-old, and had a very pleasant stay. The farm is around 850 metres above sea level. A few kilometres away, Wurzeralm has Europe's largest funicular railway and a lovely ski area at about 1400 metres, good for sledding with children too. Up there, snow is practically guaranteed, and when it's snowy the big meadows around the farm are useful as well. The apartment was exceptionally clean, better than some expensive hotels, and otherwise we had only positives. It was well equipped, with good, newer mattresses that were comfortable even for me, despite being a fussy sleeper with back problems. The farm provides fresh milk, eggs, and homemade bread. There is also a fireplace, and ADEG in the village has almost everything you might need. The family were friendly, gave us lots of tips, and were happy to accommodate requests. A barn tour with feeding and milking is included. It worked perfectly for a family holiday and for skiing or snowboarding. Full marks, no suggestions for improvement, and great value for money.
