At first glance the rooms seem okay, but then you start noticing little flaws and things that bother you. Confusing.

The room has an amazing view, and the prices are great. The lower ski lift is about two minutes away by car, or you can walk there in around ten. Free parking is behind the building. The only downside was how hard it was to find the receptionist.

They were very helpful, and the service was great.

The rooms and apartments were acceptable, including the beds and bathrooms, but the kitchen supplies were a bit incomplete. That seemed especially inadequate for a superior family apartment meant for six people. What made the stay really unpleasant was arriving to an apartment at 19°C. We raised the temperature issue at reception three times and were told guests couldn’t adjust the thermostat because it was controlled remotely from Vienna. Each time, they promised to set it to 22-23°C, but that never happened. We had to sleep at 19°C after tiring days of snowboarding. Several of us woke up with sore throats and runny noses, which made the next day’s winter sports much worse and could have led to more serious illness. For me, blowing my nose all night and morning led to nosebleeds while snowboarding the next day. Sliding down the mountain with two tampons in my nose was not pleasant at all. I don’t know what parents with small children would have done. We were a group of friends, and even for us it was unpleasant.
