The owner was very rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. We stopped by for coffee and food because the place is nice, the menu looked good, and the beach is super cute. They only take cash, which I respect as their choice, but the owner’s way of dealing with guests ruined the whole experience. 😕

Our apartment opened straight onto the lake, with stunning views, and the location is truly one of a kind. It’s one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in, and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Tamara was a very welcoming host 😊 My wife and I plan to return next year with our parents and kids.

You can see the mountains and lake right from the window, and the views are breathtaking. The recently renovated rooms have a cozy feel, a great bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette. There’s a lakeside sauna where you can take a refreshing cold plunge and then warm up. Hiking trails start nearby, while shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. It’s an amazing place to stay right on the lake, and a great base for experiencing St. Wolfgang Lake.

We visited the cafe and left feeling like our presence was a nuisance. The owner didn’t make us feel welcome at all. Anyone can have an off day, but the other reviews make it seem like this happens more than once. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The balcony overlooking the lake and the nature hikes nearby were highlights of our stay at Arndt‘s Bootshaus. Tamara was so friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Each apartment has everything you could need, and you can see the care put into the decor as soon as you walk in. We loved our time here and would gladly return when we're back in the area. Thank you, Tamara!
