The team made us feel welcome from the start, and they were especially thoughtful about my wife’s dietary needs. The kitchen prepared handmade special meals for her, while the food in general was great. The location is ideal, just a minute from the city center, and getting to the ski lift is easy. It also runs in summer. There’s a sauna, steam room, and a lovely area to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely two-night stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the food was authentic and delicious, and it’s well placed for getting around the area. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Service was outstanding, and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. Thanks to the whole team for making it so memorable. We’d gladly come back.

Our group of 50 had a great time, with Adam at the bar and the rest of the staff making us feel welcome. They let us use the hotel amenities respectfully, including the kitchen for hot wing challenges. We also held a quiz and a fancy dress party in reception. Breakfast and dinner were buffets with plenty for vegetarians and meat lovers, and the basement spa was a relaxing spot. It’s close to the ski school, mountain, public transport, restaurants, and public swimming pools. I can’t fault the place, 10/10.

The hotel was spotless. When I mentioned I needed gluten-free food, they went out of their way to make special meals and even had gluten-free bread ready at breakfast.

A snow blizzard gave us a real white Christmas, and the hotel made for a lovely, friendly stay. The service was great, breakfast was delicious with loads of choice, and parking was reasonably priced and available on site. One of the most homely boutique hotels we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend this beautiful place.
