We were made to feel welcome straight away by the very kind and helpful owners. Our room was comfortable, with beautiful views from the window. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Tirolerherz in the Tyrolean Alps and would gladly return.

We hardly needed the car, since the guest pass included public transport and the trail ticket, and the XC tracks were an easy walk away. It's a quiet, cosy spot in a great place for a relaxing XC ski break. The staff were extremely nice, the food was delicious, and the sauna area was wonderful.

Mrs. Kals, Reading your reply felt even ruder. You called me a liar, but didn't ask why I was there. Please don't judge a book by its cover. You made a mistake, but that doesn't mean you can blame your visitors for it. You were rude and unwelcoming, and mocking me wasn't appropriate. Maybe you'd had a terrible day, but I still deserved more courtesy. Communication matters so much in tourism. Best regards
