It was one of the most peaceful, scenic places I’ve stayed. The views are stunning, and the atmosphere feels relaxed but refined. Comfort and quality service fit naturally into the beautiful surroundings, making it a great place to unwind.

That bar and piano make for such a lovely evening, and the view from there is amazing. The owner is really nice, and our room was super clean. The food was incredible too, they even have a Michelin star. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

What really made Parkhotel Tristachersee stand out was the service. The staff were so friendly and flexible, and seemed to genuinely care about their work and our experience. The location and pool were great, and the meals, especially those incredible desserts, came close to what I’ve had at top five-star hotels. I’ve been staying at half-board family hotels in Austria and Italy for 10 years, from four-star to five-star, and most have been good, but this one was fantastic. Amazing value in peak season too. I’ll definitely return!

Next time, I’d stay for more than one night. This traditional Austrian hotel is gorgeous, with lovely, well-kept gardens and views of the lake framed by forested mountains. Swimming in the lake was wonderful, then heading to the sauna and steam room afterward.
