We’d never book here again. The hosts were extremely impolite, and even a small question seemed like a burden to them. The food had no taste, and the sauna wasn’t included in the price. When you’re alone, they won’t turn it on because it doesn’t pay off. We stayed for more than 14 days, but they didn’t care about our special diet due to an allergy. It also took 20 minutes for hot water to come through. Rude Austrian hospitality.

We spent one night here while visiting the Christmas attractions in Innsbruck. The location was very good, the staff were nice, and the local food was good. The rooms were clean and really warm.
