The team were so kind and helpful, and they even listened when I asked for extra things with my spinach. The restaurant has a good menu beyond pizza, and the food was lovely. The hotel is very clean, with a nice shower and comfortable beds. It's a short walk to the lake and a two-minute drive to the Zoo and palace. A new hotel in a great spot, with service I'd happily recommend.

The restaurant's lake and mountain views were lovely, and breakfast was excellent. We spent a day here as a family with our child and dog, and the staff's thoughtful hospitality made the stay feel like a real break. We can't wait to come back for another family getaway. Highly recommended.

The room had a great range of tea and coffee, and they can bring breakfast to your room or out to the terrasse. The breakfast itself was incredibly good and à la carte. The lake is only a few hundred meters away, and the staff were friendly. For the price, this felt like a five-star hotel, easily the nicest in the region. I'll definitely be back.

We ate delicious food and had a great wine selection, with elegant plates and glasses to match. The rooms are superb, and the whole boutique hotel feels stylish. The chef and restaurant manager from Italy 🇮🇹, along with the rest of the personnel, were friendly. Everything was just PERFECT!!! 👍👌

The pasta, lasagne and tortellini tasted brilliant. The place was clean, and the staff were really pleasant.
