After a long day skiing, unwinding in the infrared sauna helped us avoid sore muscles. The location was also very handy: we could walk to the supermarket, ski lift, and restaurants. The bread delivery was reliable, and the modern kitchen had a dishwasher. We booked at short notice, but one quick phone call was enough to arrange a free baby cot. On arrival we were warmly welcomed to a spotless apartment, with a highchair already there for our daughter. The slippers by the entrance were a useful touch too. Changing out of outdoor shoes there helps keep the whole house and apartment clean. This was our best stay yet in the Tannheimer Valley, even though we've visited before. It's clearly a lovingly run family business, and we've rarely stayed anywhere so clean and well organized. When our car wouldn't start in the cold, they helped us right away, quickly and without fuss. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

The hiking trails, supermarket, and restaurants are all within walking distance, and we had a sunny, restful week. We were especially looking forward to the infrared sauna after hiking through the snow. Birgit gave us her usual warm welcome, and the place was clean and cozy. The bread delivery service is excellent too. We've been staying at Birgit's for years and felt very comfortable again. We'd love to return.

We had a wonderful stay in the Tannheimer Valley. Our apartment was spacious and spotless, with a fantastic view. The contact before our visit was friendly and helpful, too. We'd be happy to come back!

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay and will be back. The house is centrally placed, with plenty of places within walking distance, and there's a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Our hostess was welcoming, the furnishings were excellent, and everything was spotless. It had everything we could need. Thank you!

The area is gorgeous for hiking, with everything from flat walks to challenging mountain routes. We got around without a car, using buses and the cable car. There are plenty of nice nearby restaurants at good prices, and the supermarket is an easy walk away. It was beautiful summer weather, so the apartment got a little warm. That didn't bother us. We dressed lightly and enjoyed the summer. The kitchen is small, but enough for a simple meal.
