The basement playroom and outdoor playground got a lot of use with our two-year-old. Our apartment had plenty of space, a king-size bed, a balcony, and a fantastic view. There was a small but well-equipped kitchen, which worked much better for us than eating at a restaurant with a toddler. We could also order bread and pastries for breakfast. We really enjoyed staying here.

We felt right at home and would happily return. The apartment was cozy and very clean, and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We didn't have our grown children with us, but could see how family-friendly the house is, with a lovely playroom and playground. Dogs are welcome too.

We weren't staying with Thomas, but he was still so helpful. We got stuck at Haldensee in a snowstorm while waiting for the bus to Tannheim. Thomas asked where we were going and gave us a lift. Many thanks again, Brigitte & Volker.

A great base for hiking, though the room itself felt rather dated. It had a bathtub and shower, and there were no bread rolls available on Sundays.

It's a beautiful valley with so much to do, and the tenants make you feel especially at home. I always love coming here. Honestly, I'd move here!...
