We stayed in the 'Bergblick' apartment in the peaceful village of Telfes. It's a new, cozy place with an alpine look, and Carole was a friendly, helpful host. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fresh bathroom with underfloor heating, a rain shower and spa-style lighting. There's also a spot by the entrance to warm boots and store skis and snowboards. Warmly recommended.

Carole suggested walks and places to eat, and all her tips worked out really well. The area is stunning, with plenty to do outdoors and walking routes starting right from the village. AlpenLodge was easily the best accommodation we've ever rented. Everything was high quality and spotlessly clean. Brilliant place to stay.

Telfes is a peaceful base, quieter than the villages higher up the valley, with Innsbruck and its surroundings an easy day trip away. You can also head up the valley for hiking or skiing. We spent a week in the Bergblick apartment at the end of October, enjoying autumn sunshine and snow at the top of the Stubai glacier. It was immaculate and fully equipped for cooking, and a lovely place to relax after a day out. Carole was friendly and helpful, with tips for activities and where to buy fresh milk, eggs and vegetables. We highly recommend it.

Everything felt carefully planned and practical, and there was room for our family of four. The host was super friendly and had put in what we might need, from games and toys for the little kids to fun books and local activity tips. Parking was convenient too. Recommended 10/10!

Carole Pircher-Maes made our month-long winter stay at the Pircher-Maes apartment memorable. She was friendly, dedicated and full of energy, and kept the place clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. She showed us what Telfes has to offer, from fresh bread delivered early in the morning to local farmers' markets and other nearby amenities. We felt part of the community, chatting with neighbors and children on their way to school and seeing horses and sheep being herded through town. The mountain and valley views are spectacular. The apartment is a short walk from ski buses, the train to Innsbruck and winter walking paths. Fulpmes, the nearest town with shops, is about twenty minutes away on foot, and we often ate at its restaurants. We enjoyed skiing at the Stubai Glacier and Schlick 2000, as well as cross-country skiing and hiking on winter trails. It would also make a great base for summer hiking and cycling.
