The price was affordable, and the Alpine views were picturesque. I’d recommend booking a mountain-view room for the snowy peaks and little villages down in the valley. The host was warm and super friendly, the kitchen had all the utensils and amenities we needed, and the room was clean and nicely done. There’s plenty of parking in front of the house. A grocery shop, petrol pump, tram stop for Innsbruck town, and a small bird park are all easy to reach. The one issue is the location: because the property is in the small town of Telfes, you have to pay a 3.5 € toll each time you enter or leave. That was the case at least in May-June 2024, and it gets annoying if you’re visiting nearby places that require taking the highway.

The location is unique, with great views and convenient access to many places. It’s a very cosy, excellent spot, and the owner is even more wonderful. Everything was amazing, from the welcome right through to the end.
