Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol GmbH

I visited Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol November 9-14th and have just got home. The hospitality stood out, warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. Every interaction felt genuinely welcoming. The food was excellent, with creative dishes and real care given to the ingredients and presentation. The spa facilities were remarkable too, from the range of saunas and pools to the quiet areas and treatments. I could lose track of time there and completely reset. I was fortunate to visit in a quiet stretch between seasons, which made the whole property feel even more peaceful and deeply relaxing. I'll absolutely come back with my whole family. Interalpen is a rare place where luxury and sincerity come together naturally.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and love it so much that we chose to renew our wedding vows there on Christmas Eve. It was a very special day, and we're grateful to all the staff for making it so memorable. We've traveled all over the world, and this is one of our favorite hotels. The views are spectacular, the interiors and furnishings are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Above all, the staff make Interalpen stand out. We've never met such happy, helpful people providing such a high level of service.

The pool and spa were amazing, and the food was lovely. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen. We spent three nights at the InterAlpen and loved our gorgeous, spacious, well equipped room. The beds, pillows, and bedding were super comfortable, and the huge bathroom opened onto a balcony overlooking the mountains. My only complaint was not being able to figure out how to lower the room temperature. It was too warm for us, since my husband and I like to sleep at a cooler 65degrees F. We cracked the door, which solved the problem.

We've stayed at Interalpen many times, and the pool used to be the highlight of our visits. This time it was far too cold to enjoy, despite being described as heated. It was simply impossible to use. When we asked at the front desk to raise the water temperature, they said they knew it was too cold and would try to do something. Nothing changed, even though they confirmed this was a familiar complaint. They said it was to save energy, leaving the guests with the unpleasantness. We're sad to say this isn't the treatment we expected from a resort like this. We had enjoyed the pool on our previous visits, but not this time.
