Getting around was easy, with the metro close by, and the staff were great. Everything else was super. The one frustrating thing was having no power outlet near the bed, so I couldn't charge my phone while lying there.

Our room had two single beds, a table built into the wall, and two chairs, so it felt comfortable to settle into. The shower and toilet were clean, and the water pressure and temperature were good. We arrived late, but the friendly staff were there at the 24/7 reception desk. The train station was an easy short walk away, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby too. We'd stay again.

The late checkout at noon was a nice touch, and I would book again. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated, and the shower pressure was adequate. There wasn't a locker in the room, but the hotel felt secure and I had no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful at any hour. Breakfast had good choices, and the coffee machine was great.

I was in Vienna for a course at the VIC, and this felt worth the step up from the budget Ibis I used on my last visit. The room, bathroom, and amenities were adequate, with no major issues, though it took a while for the shower's hot water to come through. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was okay. I didn't have breakfast or visit the bar, so I can't say how those are. It's on the main road, roughly between two subway stops, and about a 10-minute walk from the Praterstern station hub. For a balance of cost and comfort, it worked well for me.
