I can’t really comment on the property itself, but the customer service was amazing. When the Austrian government changed the rules and we could no longer enter the country, the owners helped us a lot. They were empathetic and fair, top class. Thank you!

I couldn’t complete my stay here because of an emergency, but the owners helped me straight away in a way that worked to my advantage. I really appreciate their empathy and will definitely consider staying here another time.
