We got especially helpful personal support on arrival and whenever questions came up. It's a great apartment for a family, with spacious rooms and a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. The place is simple but clean, and the value for the price is very good. It has everything you need.

The private bathing jetty is a real highlight: just cross the street and jump into the lake. With the KärntenCard, you can save quite a bit while getting around Lake Ossiach and visiting its many attractions. The lakeside villa has four apartments, each with several beds, and makes a fantastic base for friends and family. The location is superb, with quick access to everywhere. My one complaint is the furniture in the apartments. One piece looks like it could fall apart just from looking at it, though it should be easy to repair or replace. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed as two couples, four people in total, and had no complaints about the rooms. The balcony and its view of the lake were our favorite part.

The rooms are fine for what you pay, and the location is a definite advantage.
