We'd gladly come back time and again. This guesthouse is such a good place to unwind, and the warmth and comfort feel like a real part of daily life here. You can really feel how personal it is compared with a larger hotel.

The children loved how nicely the food was presented, and we enjoyed the meals too. We spent two nights at Montiel with our grandchildren, and the owners were so kind to them. Our rooms were cozy and very clean. We’d love to visit again.

The owner is lovely, and having the ski bus stop right across the street is a big plus. The beds are a little worn, but otherwise it’s really fine for the price. Great little hotel, we’ll be back!

The rooms are clean and inexpensive, and the service is friendly all around. There’s a good range of food, including vegetarian options, and buses make it easy to reach the surrounding ski resorts from this centrally located guesthouse.

We felt right at home during our New Year’s holiday. Ursula and Christian were easy to talk to, and the service included daily room cleaning, a ski room with boot warmers, and nearby bus stops for all the ski resorts. Our wooden double room had a decent amount of space and looked out over a small park. Breakfast had everything we needed, and dinner came as a varied four-course meal with vegetarian choices. It’s an affordable guesthouse with a personal feel.
