A lovely cabin with great amenities. I would have liked better pillows, plus basics like tea, coffee, salt, and pepper in the kitchen for the first night.

The kitchen was well equipped, and the location worked well, close to the slopes without being right on top of them. But the apartment was meant to have a sauna and Wi-Fi, and we had neither. The living room chair was broken, too. There were no proper trays for cooking, so don't plan to cook too much. Finding the apartments was a nightmare. Use the houses' postal addresses rather than the numbering they give you. It's a mess, especially if you arrive after sundown. They also didn't mention that guest details had to be confirmed 72 hours before arrival, which you need to know. The quality is good for the price, but the service could improve.

We booked the lodge through Airbnb for nine adults, but it had four bedrooms instead of the five promised. When we couldn't find the missing room, neither the host nor the company gave us any help. We eventually got a huge discount through Airbnb, with no thanks to Alps Resorts. There weren't enough supplies for nine people, and the place wasn't especially clean. There were only two cooking pans, for example. Both the reception and the lodge were terribly hard to find, and the dirt road up to the house was steep and slippery. What had looked like a great deal turned out to be a huge disappointment.
