The summer card perks were a real bonus, including free pool entry and cable lifts. Our four-person apartment had two separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the woman very happy ;). The owners were friendly, the rent was reasonable, and parking was about 100m away. It’s right by the city park in the center.

Everything inside was comfortable and well organized, and Heinz is a great guy. The small downside was the cars rushing along the road just behind the window early in the morning. Hello from 2020 :)

We’ve had so many fun stays over the years with Heinz and Claudia in Schladming. They’re kind, welcoming, and always incredibly helpful, and we’re grateful to be able to stay with them. We highly recommend their accommodation and look forward to seeing you again.

Everything in the house was very clean, and Heinz and Claudia are such lovely owners. It’s right by the pedestrian zone and close to the gondola lifts, with cafes, restaurants, and everything else easy to get to. We highly recommend the house in Gradwohl and Schladming.
