Hotel Höhlenstein

There were nine of us friends for seven days, and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Every staff member was polite, incredibly helpful, and ready to assist. Everything went smoothly from check-in through checkout. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Don't miss the hotel's restaurant, the dishes were delicious! The rooms were very clean and adequately equipped, and the staff were kind and helpful with perfect service. The hotel is right by the bus stop, and guests ride for free, so it's easy to travel up and down the valley to the cable cars, restaurants, and shops. Hintertux is about five stops away. A very nice place to stay, strongly recommended!

The spa was beautiful, the food excellent, and the location just right. The staff were always smiling, and it was easy to communicate in Czech too. Huge thanks to the team, we can definitely recommend this place :))

The meals were very good, though one dinner was much too salty. The location worked well, and the bedroom was spacious and cozy, with a sauna and whirlpool. We had almost no WiFi signal in our room, so we used a spare phone as a hotspot by the door. There’s no mini fridge in the bedroom either. Some clear instructions for using the sauna would also help.
