Sandra at the front desk made a big difference to our holiday. She was patient, warm, and helpful with every question and request, always smiling no matter how many things we asked. When we struggled to book a restaurant, she immediately took care of it for us. Her reassurance meant a lot too. She’d tell me, “Everything is OK. You’re on holiday — just relax and have fun.” Those simple words helped me let go of the stress and enjoy the trip. Every staff member was welcoming, but Sandra went above and beyond. Thanks to her, we had one of our best holidays ever. This was hands down the best hotel service we’ve experienced, and Sandra deserves the highest recognition.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our room wasn’t serviced at all during three nights. Breakfast was poor, and you have to cook the eggs yourself. Don’t pay for dinner or eat it, the food is gross. There’s only hand soap in the bathroom, no body soap or shampoo, and there are no cups or glasses in the room. Reception shuts at 2200, and there’s no phone in the bedroom. It’s a shame, because the room looked great and the Wi-Fi was fast.

A beautiful spot in the Austrian Alps with plenty to do outdoors, from kayaking to hiking and biking. It works well for a quick overnight stop or a longer stay.

We weren’t expecting much, but our stay turned out to be surprisingly good. There was plenty of parking, breakfast was nice, and communication was easy. The rooms feel fresh and new. We went to the Aqua dome beforehand and didn’t think it was worth it, then came back to the hotel, which definitely was.
