A great place, with a big, very clean apartment and all the equipment you need. I recommend it.

We spent nine nights here. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

The views are excellent. It’s very close to the main road, and about 20 minutes from the ski slopes.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic holiday apartment several times. It’s bright and welcoming, very comfortable, and superbly equipped. Children have plenty to explore on the farm. The Frischmann family, who own it, make us feel incredibly comfortable each time, with impeccable service, warm hospitality, and lots of thoughtful little touches.

The view from the apartment is truly beautiful, and the place is bright and spacious. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It’s quiet despite being close to the road, and easy to reach. Our children sometimes played loudly together, but nobody complained. You can leave sorted trash outside for disposal, and both the man and his adult children were friendly. There are no shutters or blackout curtains at the moment. We taped aluminum foil over the windows, and when we raised the issue, they said they planned to get more curtains. The kitchen is sparsely equipped: only one spatula, one wooden spoon, and one frying pan, with no casserole dishes, oven mitts, or teapot. At least the knives were reasonably sharp and there was salt and pepper. Dishwasher tablets are dispensed in measured amounts. The sofa is very uncomfortable, since it starts extending when you sit down, and it doesn’t get much better when fully extended. The child safety covers on the outlets seem poorly thought out: some sockets within easy reach of children have none, while others are in spots they could never reach. And though it’s called a farm, it doesn’t feel like the sort of farm you’d imagine or want your children to experience. The woman was eccentric and took some getting used to. During the initial tour, she kept listing what she’d charge if anything broke, warning us about what could go in the dishwasher, and telling us to unplug everything. She repeated these warnings every time we spoke. We asked to see the washing machine, which the website said could be used. She said guests should tell her if they wanted to use it because it was her private machine, which is fair enough, but also said they could only use her detergent because anyone else’s would break it, which seemed odd. She didn’t mention a price. The first time she used it, she tried to watch what we were putting in. When we asked her to leave because it wasn’t her business, she seemed annoyed. Then we were told it would cost €8 to use the washer and dryer. The next time she suddenly said it was €10 because energy was supposedly so expensive. In the middle of the week she suddenly demanded payment, in cash only. She made a mistake three times and tried to overcharge us each time, even after we pointed it out. If you rent out your machine, you should decide what guests can use and what to charge, and display a price list. If you don’t want people using your private machine, don’t offer it, or get a separate one for guests and include the cost in the rental price. She also repeatedly tried to enter the apartment without notice, only ringing because we had locked the door. At towel change time, she nearly threw a tantrum because three towels weren’t handed over right away, although they were still clean. She wanted everything changed at once. The balcony is available except for a small area supposedly kept private because it contains private bedrooms. That would be fine, but they walk around the whole balcony and can look into the apartment, which felt quite unpleasant. I can only recommend this apartment with reservations.
