That delicious egg and our lovely morning conversations are things we’ll remember for a long time. The hosts also gave us hikers some really helpful advice when the weather was looking unpredictable. Breakfast was fantastic, with pretty much everything you could want. We hope they get to welcome guests for many more years! 🤗

The balconies look out toward the mountains, and breakfast has a generous spread with lots to choose from. Pension Helga is quiet and easy to reach by car, and there’s free parking and a sauna too. It’s a family-run guesthouse with a great atmosphere. The cleanliness and friendly feeling among everyone stood out, and we felt comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
