The area around Haus am See was peaceful and uncrowded, with a shop, ski buses, and places to eat all right there. The flat itself was high quality and had everything we needed for relaxing after skiing or hiking. We were pleasantly surprised by the guesthouse's atmosphere, and the hosts were friendly, cheerful, and easy to chat with. Thanks so much for having us!

Mrs. Jakober was so thoughtful when I arrived on two crutches after a winter accident. She arranged a disabled parking spot right by the entrance, which made a huge difference. Thank you for such helpful service. The apartment is bright and spacious, has a great view, and makes a good base for exploring in every direction. Even without that extra help, I'd recommend this guesthouse. We'd love to return, the Annabergers from the Ore Mountains.

Ulla was incredibly kind and helpful, sending us excursion updates every day and sharing insider tips. Thank you so much, Ulla! We'd definitely return and recommend the place to others. We've stayed at the lake house before, but only in winter for skiing. This summer visit left us thrilled with the scenery and all the beautiful things to do in the region. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. There are plenty of shops and several bakeries with delicious pastries in town, plus a lovely, well-kept lake for swimming.

The owner, Ulla, is very friendly and helpful, and sends daily WhatsApp updates with attractions and other things to see. The clean, modern apartments and studios have the essentials, and the beds are comfortable. It's a lovely spot on Lake Weissee in Uttendorf, Austria, and works well for winter sports or other kinds of stays. Highly recommended.
