Several parts of the building could use renovation, though the main shared areas are modern and tastefully done. The hotel's biggest plus is its location: the spa and wellness area is right on the lake, so you can use the sauna and go for a quick swim. There are also several restaurants and bars just to the left, within walking distance, which was cool. I was there for a quick one-day business trip in the off season. If you're not fussy about the room's appearance, it's good value for this location.

There's a hotel beach and a very good restaurant on it. The place is spacious and very nice, a bit old-fashioned, but cheap.

I can't understand the five-star reviews, especially after paying €388 for one night. Nobody was expecting us when we arrived, and the receptionist stopped us with, “What are you doing here?” We waited ten minutes for our room while he checked whether it was clean. The shower is brand new, but the furniture looks like it's from the 1990s or 2000s, the walls need work, and the wardrobe fell onto my hand as soon as I tried to open it. Breakfast was a mess: at 10:50 they had no water and said they were closing at 11:00. All the food was already gone, and there was nobody from the team around to help find a table or answer questions. I was on my way to Wien and didn't have time to argue, so I paid the bill. I won't be back. Don't go there ;)

The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with plenty to choose from, and everything was clean and organised. The omelette chef was quick, though he could've smiled a little more. Simply put, great.
