The breakfast area is roomy, the staff welcoming, and the food has plenty of tasty variety. The hotel is also very handy for getting around Vienna, with a tram stop almost at the door and a U-Bahn nearby, right by the Museums Quartier and Ringstraße, close to the main sights in Innere Stadt. Our Medium room was so small it had no closet, meaning we lived out of our suitcase. It really only suits one person staying one night. Parking underground is limited and awkward to maneuver, and fairly expensive. Four stars from me.

We made good use of the quality bikes to explore the city's bike routes, and the lobby had a lively feel at night. The 7th floor nightclub was busy, too. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and in great shape, with quirky decor that carried through to the lobby. Staff were quick, friendly, and knew their stuff. The hotel is steps from a metro stop, near the museum quarter and Neubau. Free minibar items, a loaner messenger bag, and a Bluetooth speaker were nice extras. Breakfast had a huge, delicious selection, though it was a bit pricey. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, with magnificent views and really good cocktails. Marrick looked after us so well, friendly and top notch service, a real credit to the hotel. We loved the quirky style and lovely rooms, and the shower was great. Breakfast was amazing, especially the omelette, and finishing with mimosas was a treat. We'll be back!

The circus look in the rooms and shared spaces really sticks with you, and the hotel's general atmosphere feels almost like home. It's not the newest or most energetic 25H, but the location and views are good. Breakfast was nice, and the rooftop bar kept things lively and welcomed us until 2 a.m. even on Thursday. Thanks to the team for making us feel welcome in Vienna.

The room was comfortable and the hotel itself was pleasant. But I was billed €17.5 for drinks I hadn't had, and only caught it after the receipt was printed. They did correct the mistake, though the refund process was confusing and inconsistent. It left me uneasy. I need reliability and transparency, and this experience didn't provide that.
