The location was fine and the room was acceptable for the price, but our stay raised serious safety concerns. We left two T-shirts on a chair in our room in the morning, and when we came back later that day they were gone. We searched everywhere, but couldn't find them. Only hotel staff could access the room while we were out. I contacted the owner/reception right away. He gave me a phone number for the hotel, then ignored my messages completely. There was no explanation, apology or effort to look into it. After three nights there, I can't recommend this hotel. If belongings can disappear from your locked room and management won't take responsibility, think carefully before staying.

For Vienna, the nightly price was quite low, and I was surprised by how spacious and well maintained the room was. I slept really well. Having a desk was handy for getting some work done while I was at the hostal. The free wi-fi could be slow, especially around lunchtime, but I can understand that.

I was travelling alone last year and mainly needed somewhere to sleep and rest. The price and location made this a good choice for a solo trip, especially if you're visiting Wien to see the city. My room was clean, though it felt cold during my November stay even with the heater on. There was a small café across the street that I liked too. Just to clarify, I stayed here in November 2024.

We got there at 12pm even though check-in was supposed to start at 3pm, and they let us check in early without charging extra. That was really kind and made us want to come back. The room was small but very clean, and it was quiet at night. The neighbourhood was lovely, and the location was so good that we walked to the main tourist spots without needing public transport. For the price, it was well worth it.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the place was clean and neat. It's an easy walk from here to the centre of Vienna. I'd definitely stay again, one of the best places to stay.
