We’ll use this hotel for future bookings. The place is central, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout. Service and value for money were excellent. Thank you so much.

Breakfast was excellent, on a par with a top 5* hotel, and my room had a coffee machine and small refrigerator, which was great. The hotel sits on a quiet side street off Vienna's Gürtel, making for a top location in Vienna. My only complaint is about corridor service: at 6:30 in the morning, please avoid clattering bottles and beverage crates on the 2nd floor. Also, the route to breakfast shouldn't be blocked by laundry and service trolleys, since it makes it feel like you're going the wrong way. A top hotel that I can confidently recommend.

The hotel itself was clean, though it needs some improvements. It works well if you're going to an event or concert at the Stadthalle. For other plans, it's far enough from the centre that walking there isn't practical. The nearby mall wasn't a nice place to visit, and as a woman I didn't feel safe there.

The staff were wonderful and tried their best, but they told me this is a recurring problem in some rooms. My washroom had a strong, pungent mold smell that made the room completely uninhabitable. Staff attempts to fix it didn't help, and when I asked to move, they said no other rooms were available. Management has done nothing about these long-standing issues, and staff have no authority to make meaningful decisions or issue refunds. I was offered just a token $30 refund, despite having to pay for another hotel myself. Renting out rooms with known problems that make them unusable is unacceptable. Management needs to resolve this instead of scamming customers. Great staff, terrible management practices. I would never stay here again.
