Atik Hotel Vienna

The room looked great, but the stay had some serious problems. We found more than 10 ants on and around the bed and sofa bed during our two nights. The extra bed was broken, and the safe didn’t work. There’s no lift, either. In the morning, construction outside the hotel made a lot of noise and vibration starting at 07:00. We paid €400 per night through Airbnb, though rooms could be found for €100-160 through other services.

The pool and sauna were a great surprise, and the hotel was spotless throughout. This family-run boutique place near Schönbrunn Palace has friendly staff who were quick to take care of our requests and little wishes. We felt right at home. Our room was bright and spacious, with a fantastic terrace and a very comfortable bed. Having a fully equipped kitchen was handy, too. Thanks for the lovely service 😊

The rooms and atmosphere were great, and the owners and staff were very attentive to guests. A tram stops right outside, so getting to the center is easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here. We had a great experience.

The suites were wonderful, with a spacious garden and other terraces on the lower floor. The pool and sauna were incredible. Transport also made it easy to reach almost anywhere in Vienna, and the hotel felt like a home for our holiday. It was great value for the price. Tolga Bey was very kind and took care of all our requests. Mr. Egemen, Ms. Ecem and Ms. Sofya were so lovely that we felt at home. We spent a very enjoyable month there without getting bored.
