Bio-Hotel Schani Wienblick

It's a beautiful little hotel, with simple, clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. You can park at the hotel, though the spaces are a bit tight, and there's no elevator. Breakfast was very good, with some things, like scrambled eggs, made fresh when you ask.

Getting around was easy: a bus stops right outside every five minutes, and it's about a seven-minute ride to the Ubahn and trams. The hotel also handles everything by phone, from WhatsApp messages before arrival and completing check-in in advance to using your phone as the key for the main entrance and your room. You can check out the same way without visiting reception. The rooms were really clean, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the hosts were lovely. I was a little concerned about breakfast after reading some bad reviews, but it was fresh and delicious each day, with plenty of choice and lots of homemade and organic options. They could also prepare hot food on request, like pancakes, porridge, or eggs. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

The bus stop just outside is handy for getting around the city, and the rooms were clean and cleaned daily, though nothing special. Breakfast was the big letdown. We paid 160€ for it after deciding it would be easier with our kid, since there wasn't a nearby bakery. My wife had originally left breakfast off the booking so we could try bakeries around the area. The selection was a joke, and the same food came out three days in a row. It seemed like leftovers from the previous days were being served. By day three the bread was impossible to cut, and the ham looked like a slipper. That's why I can't give this a better rating.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was fresh and amazing. 👏
