The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, available on WhatsApp around the clock. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with new furnishings and bedding, a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, and a spacious spotless bathroom. It's in a great area near lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Schönbrunn Palace is a bit of a walk, but I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna.

The apartment is much bigger than a typical European place, with spacious rooms, and it was very clean. We also had AC, though October was cool enough that we never used it. Schönbrunn Palace and the U-Bahn are about a five-minute walk away, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The washer and dryer come with free detergent, but they're in a shared room on the ground floor. The main drawback is the busy street. The double windows cut the noise when shut, though sleeping with them open would be difficult.

We spent five weeks as a family in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and would gladly return. The building felt like a peaceful retreat in a safe, upscale neighborhood, and the owner helped us with whatever we needed. Housekeeping was impeccable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the furniture was lovely. Schönbrunn Palace, its gardens and zoo, and the U-Bahn station are all within walking distance. Highly recommend this place.

We felt safe walking around the neighborhood even after dark, and getting into the city center was easy with the U-Bahn station just a few minutes away. Shops like Billa and Spar are nearby, and there's a McDonald's for when you don't feel like finding anything fancier. The apartment itself was gorgeous and modern, with huge TVs in both the living room and bedroom. That rain effect shower was amazing, too. The owners were helpful and quick to answer our questions. Definitely recommend it.
