When we finally made our trip a year later, the team upgraded us to a higher floor with a better view. That followed a cancelled flight the day before our original Vienna trip, when they immediately offered a voucher valid for a year and stayed responsive and friendly throughout. The apartment felt like the cozy Viennese experience we wanted. We arrived in a winter snowstorm, but it was warm, with hot water all day, a towel warmer, and all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy and efficient, and the team communicated extremely well. The place is above a Spar, across from a tram stop, near good restaurants, and a short walk from the Innere Stadt. I strongly recommend Grand Quarters.
