What a gorgeous hotel, full of Christmas magic. We were upgraded to a spacious, well-appointed room with a coffee maker, robes, a free minibar, and lovely L’Occitane toiletries. The rooms were quiet and the beds sooo comfortable. It’s close to the centre but still in a quiet area. Check-in was seamless for the two couples travelling together. Lots of thoughtful touches made the stay special: a handwritten welcome note with chocolates, plus a card and wine for my husband’s birthday. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you for a memorable stay in beautiful Vienna!

The breakfast stood out, with plenty to choose from, including hummus and vine leaves. I even got to make fresh carrot, cucumber, ginger, and celery juice myself, which I’d never done at a hotel before and really liked. The room was clean and roomy, and we were given a complimentary minibar replenished daily. Great spot right in the city center.

The staff made me feel so welcome, and their kindness really made my birthday: they surprised me with wine, chocolates, and a lovely card. The room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a very good range of choices. We had a wonderful stay at Am Konzerthaus Hotel in Vienna. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. I’d gladly choose it again, and I’m grateful they made the day feel special. 🎂✨

From 31/01/2026 - 05/02/2026, I stayed on the top floor, where the room was comfortable throughout and the L'Occitane toiletries were a nice extra. The hotel itself is beautiful, well equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, with polite, attentive staff. I didn’t eat or drink at the bistro, though it looked like a wonderful place. I’ll be back!

The location made it easy to walk to Vienna’s main sights, while being just beyond the central ring road kept things quiet outside. Our deluxe room had plenty of space and attractive contemporary decor, and the front desk team was helpful and efficient. Apron restaurant was superb, see my separate review. Breakfast was the letdown: on our last morning the only seats available were at a communal table in an adjoining room with no windows. At €33 per person, that arrangement should be better. A smart TV would also have been nice, though that’s a minor point. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
