Hotel Indigo Vienna – Naschmarkt by IHG

A special thank you to Darina at reception. She was attentive, calm and organized, handled every question quickly and efficiently, and showed real care without making a fuss. Her experience, confidence and excellent people skills were clear. Someone like Darina shapes how guests feel about the hotel, and she made our interactions smooth and comfortable from the start. We had a very satisfying stay. The location is convenient, rooms are clean and well maintained, and there's a sense of order and calm from the moment you arrive. Check-in, service and housekeeping were all consistently efficient. Staff were polite and attentive without being formal or indifferent; it felt like they cared about guests, not just procedures. The hotel gives a strong sense of comfort and reliability, exactly what matters when traveling. We'd be happy to stay again and confidently recommend it.

Quiet streets, but still close enough to get your Würstelstand fix. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the U-Bahn station is across the block. Naschmarkt and other iconic destinations are 5-10 minutes away. Recommended!

A lovely boutique hotel beside the U4 station, with beautiful decor in both the hotel and rooms. Our room faced the inner court garden and was quiet. The bed was comfy, the shower worked well, and the water had good pressure and got hot. Breakfast options were absolutely top.

For two nights at Hotel Indigo as a married couple, we had a wonderful stay. It was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. Our room was stylish, very clean and extremely comfortable. It felt perfect for us as a couple, and we'd happily come back.
