For a week of work in Vienna, the apartment had what I needed, including somewhere to iron shirts and a kitchen setup for bringing food back and reheating it. It's about a five-minute walk to the Cathedral and the main Metro hub, then roughly ten minutes from there to the VIC where I was working. One snag was getting in: booking through my business account, I never got the key and entry instructions. That may have been my employer's fault since they book through a third party. Check with the apartment managers beforehand. I ended up locked out, though the staff were very helpful and talked me through getting access.
