The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was really good. Our room was clean when we arrived, and we got fresh towels, toilet paper and a new trash bag each day. The main issues were mould around the shower and very expensive parking, so we used a nearby P+R garage instead. A shopping mall and the U1 station are less than a five-minute walk away. The bus and tram stops are right outside, and there’s a shop across the road. A good option for a shorter stay.

Check-in took 45 minutes. There were ten people waiting at 6 PM, with just one staff member checking guests in. The TV in my room didn't work, and the room was okay at best. Breakfast was nice, though. It’s a ten-minute walk to the underground, then about a 20-minute ride to the city centre.

The location is outstanding, and the quality for the price might be the best in Vienna. The rooms are clean and simple. The one thing they could improve for a hotel of this standard is cleaning the shared outdoor area.

The room wasn't clean when I checked in, and when I asked for it to be cleaned again, they refused. There was no hot water or heating in winter, so it was impossible to stay comfortably. The receptionist didn't care when I reported it, and no manager was available when I asked. Staff were rude overall. Room service would open the door even with a do not disturb sign, which wasn't provided in the room, so I had to buy one. The area looked awful and poor, though a tram connects it to other parts of the city. The whole experience was awful. Don't stay here if you respect yourself.

Our room was awfully dirty, and the receptionist was slow, rude and unwilling to answer questions. The open parking area felt unsafe, with no cameras or gate, and low sports cars couldn't get in easily. For a late booking at the lowest price, it wasn't what I expected. I've found a room for two in central Vienna for the same price before, and it was good, so I'm sure decent rooms are available at this price. The bathroom photo I'm posting shows hot water, which was the best thing about this hotel.
