The hotel is near the main train station, which is handy if you're taking trains to other countries. The rooms were clean and nice, and the breakfast space is large with an adequate buffet. Take care around the station, though, as pickpockets disguise themselves as passengers.

The location was especially convenient: the metro is right across the street, a SPAR supermarket is downstairs, and Asian and Turkish cafés are an easy walk away. Reception can arrange a taxi, which arrived in 3-5 minutes. Staff were helpful and friendly, and let us check in a little early when we asked. We stayed December 25-26 with our dog and were very pleased. The room was clean and well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, tea, sugar, dishes, and a bottle of sparkling water. The textiles looked nearly new. Breakfast was varied and tasty at €15 per person, and dogs could join us in the restaurant. The underground parking cost €22 a day. Being treated with care and respect matters a lot to us when traveling with a pet, and this hotel really delivered. Thanks for the great service. We'll definitely come back 🫶🏼

There was plenty to like in the room: comfortable mattresses in good condition, a large TV, and curtains that kept all sunlight out. The hotel was very clean, and staff were polite. Breakfast was very good, with a broad selection for different preferences, including fruit, croissants, coffee, whole grain bread, white toast, cheese, spreads, vegetables, and eggs. The lobby had an unlimited supply of clean water, and its shared toilets were spacious and spotless. They also let us leave our luggage until our flight. The location is ideal, directly opposite Vienna's central train station, with public transport right outside. We had a great experience and would readily recommend it.

For the price, I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good compared with many hotels in Europe. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom had no door. Right beside the central station, the hotel is also very handy for reaching the main sights by metro or tram.
