The food smell in the entrance and elevator area was the main drawback for me. There's an Asian cuisine restaurant on the ground floor, and while waiting for the elevator I could clearly smell the food. It was strong enough that I felt my clothes absorbed it. It wasn't in the room, but I don't like leaving a hotel smelling of food, and this would make me think twice about returning. The room itself was clean and nicely designed, with a fresh wood scent, a cozy feel, and a comfortable bed. There were brown dots on the bathroom wall that I wasn't sure about stylistically. Self check-in went smoothly, and the digital service was well organized. I didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The location at Vienna west train station was excellent for transport and getting around the city quickly. Being right on the Ring does mean more noise, but the insulated windows blocked it well, and the hotel also provides earplugs. My stay was okay, with a clean, comfortable room and a great location.

For the price, I thought the quality was excellent. It can be hard to find somewhere this clean and comfortable in Vienna at this price, especially in such a convenient spot. The train station and several shops were only a short walk away, and public transport made it easy to reach the city center. It worked well for a short break or a longer stay, and I'd definitely come back.

We stayed four nights, and the room facing the inner terrace was very quiet. It was clean, the shower was great, and the location was easy to get around from. WhatsApp service was always available, and the self-service amenities room was handy. The mattress was far too soft, though.

The rooms were clean and stylish, with thoughtful touches and plenty of bathroom amenities, and the service was excellent. Getting around was easy: metro and bus stops are nearby, and the airport bus drops you about a five-minute walk away. It's very central, with supermarkets and shopping areas close by. I'd stay again.

The wood-themed rooms at Numa Wood Vienna felt warm and inviting, and they looked beautiful. The Thai restaurant by the entrance was excellent too, definitely worth trying. I really enjoyed my stay.
