The owners were really kind and shared useful suggestions for the area. We also loved the apartment size and having a kitchen. It’s in a peaceful spot, yet close to good places to eat and to buses and the subway. The soundproofing could be better, though we only noticed it one night when nearby guests were loud. The shower is cramped enough that we kept bumping the controls with our elbows and changing the temperature by accident, but the water pressure is fantastic. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

Very clean and peaceful, with better prices than nearby options. It’s a handy base for exploring Vienna, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Everything else was fine, and the room is great in a safe area. The sound insulation isn’t the best, so bring earplugs if outside noise might bother you.

The historic center is an easy 15-minute walk, and the metro makes it simple to get around Vienna. The apartments were clean and cozy, and the service was friendly. Laundry and drying are available for an extra fee. Thank you very much!

The room was fine, the location is central, and the staff are nice. But why do they need to empty the bins every day at 10am? There should be a do not disturb sign for the door, like at a regular hotel, for people who are still asleep and don’t have much rubbish. There was coffee and tea in the kitchenette when we arrived, then it disappeared and never came back. We couldn’t figure out what happened to it.
