The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise for the price: the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the location was handy in an expensive city like Vienna. Getting help was another story. The host never answered any of my messages, including when we arrived before check-in and asked about leaving our bags. We also got no Wi-Fi details after checking in, and apparently other guests had the same problem. Toilet paper wasn't replenished during our stay. Worst of all, the bathroom handle was broken and seemed to be ignored. After showering, I got locked inside.

We booked for three, but were given just one cramped room with two large beds and a mattress on the floor. Before check-in, an email had described two keys for a room with two beds, plus another key for a separate room for the third guest. That wasn't what we found on arrival. If there wasn't a suitable room for three, the third person should have had a separate room. The arrangement was very uncomfortable and felt disrespectful.

The place was new, spotless, tucked away, and peaceful. Getting through the doors was tricky, but aside from that we had a very pleasant stay.

We only spent one night here, from November 20 to November 21, 2025, and found the price fair for what we got. The center is around 40 minutes away. The location itself is alright, but there’s no reception, so you need directions to the room and courtyard in advance. Those details never arrived for me, and I had to contact support. For a couple of nights, though, it’s a good option.
