The Levante Parliament A Design Hotel

Our group of eight had a great three-day stay at Levante Parliament. The rooms were spacious and the location is central, but the staff really stood out. Cansu at reception handled our chaotic group with patience, kindness, and a smile. Maurice at the bar was professional, friendly, and gave us exceptional service too. The stay went beyond what I expected, and I'd happily come back.

The room was clean, and the location made it easy to walk to the sights. Room 117, though, was extremely cramped. The gap between the bed frame and the wall was so narrow that taking a shower came with a real chance of hitting the wall-mounted TV, which felt like a safety issue to me. I'd ask for a room facing the street or inner yard instead of the old rear house.

We stayed six days and found it a nice hotel for the price. The staff were consistently kind, and the room was large and clean. They cleaned daily and changed the towels, but not the blankets. After five nights, I really wanted fresh ones. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, at least. The air conditioning has a temperature limit, and I would have liked to set it lower. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh eggs to choose from each day. Many tourist spots, as well as metro and tram stops, are about a 15-minute walk away. The shared spaces and rooms could use maintenance: the rugs and furniture look close to worn out, as if the place was in better shape a few years ago. Even with a few things to improve, it was a really nice stay.

All the staff were friendly, helpful, and amazing, and the breakfast was superb. The room and toilet were very clean. We'd stay here again next time we're in Vienna.
