I wish we'd had more time here. Our room was so comfortable, quiet, and clean. The house was also near the subway and buses, so getting around was easy.

This place gives the impression that work is still underway. The room was large and mostly very clean, although there were sizeable patches of mold or mildew in the shower. There were also loose floorboards in a couple of places and plenty of visible drywall patches. I wasn't buying the apartment, so those things weren't a major concern, but they added to that unfinished feeling. Getting around was easy: the streetcars that cross the city are 2-3 minutes away, and the metro is about five minutes in the other direction. Parking on the street was conveniently free. Someone did hit our car with a trash can, though that's not the hotel's fault. There aren't many restaurants nearby. Check-in used electronic codes and keys sent by email, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We never saw staff, but they replied quickly and helpfully to email questions. The bed was my main comfort problem. It was a basic Ikea PS LÖVÅS sleeper sofa, or something very similar, with a three-star rating on IKea's site. The metal frame wasn't put together properly, and I had to tighten two screws. It was too wide for the room, so you had to climb over it to reach your sleeping spot or get out for the bathroom. The middle bar hit both of us in awkward places, and the bed squeaked whenever anyone moved, even after I tightened it. I'd stay again if the owner replaced the bed; otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

The apartments have a minimalist layout and a sophisticated lock and key setup. They've been done up recently and have everything you could need. Stunning places.

The room is spacious, the price is reasonable, and the tram is only a short walk away. I really recommend it.
