The mattress was so good that going back to my own bed was hard, even though mine is a king. It felt huge, and when one of us moved, the other didn't feel it. Separate blankets and sheets also made it easy to sleep at different temperatures. The room was lovely, with great lighting and full-length mirrors, and it had air conditioning. I liked the decor and atmosphere too. The bathroom was roomy, with two shower options and built-in soap at both the shower and sink. It smelled amazing. The hotel looks quite different inside than you'd expect from the outside. The tram is a block away, there's an Aldi around the corner, and we walked a lot since Vienna isn't very big. The staff were super friendly. I highly recommend it.

The staff made this stay for me. Yulia and the very friendly tall guy at reception, who might have been German, were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I've met, and I've traveled a lot. They helped with everything and were just lovely. Give them a raise! :D I'd originally booked a smaller room because that was all that was available. When I asked about upgrading and paying for it, they upgraded me for free for part of my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy modern feel and everything I needed. The bed was comfy too. The location worked well, especially if you keep kosher, since there's a kosher supermarket and restaurant nearby. I'd happily stay here again.

The subway is only a couple of minutes away, so getting around was easy. My room was lovely and had everything I needed, and the staff were all helpful and very nice. Reception stays open around the clock. A pleasant stay :)
