VCA Vienna City Apartments

The apartment was quiet, which worked well for both business and leisure, and the WiFi was excellent. VCA is spotless and even lovelier in person than the photos suggest. Its clever mix of contemporary and elegant avant-garde furnishings feels sophisticated, with enough room for two. Getting there from the airport was easy, and the central neighbourhood is very walkable. Bus stops, metro stations, grocery shops and restaurants are all nearby. Inside, we found a full kitchen, a large bathroom and an extra WC, all clean and well equipped. Our hosts made arrival simple, with clear instructions sent ahead about the apartment and nearby sights. They made sure everything was in perfect shape and welcomed us with chilled sparkling wine, fruit and a fridge full of water. We enjoyed our stay enormously and will keep choosing this apartment first.

Barbara and Alfred were kind and welcoming, with drinks and flowers waiting for us. They also shared food spots, discounts and things to do around Vienna. The apartment is right in the centre, in a quiet building with broad stairs and an elevator, and everything inside was spotless and in perfect condition. We had daily laundry service, a fully equipped kitchen, and an extra-large smart TV with fast internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and more. The carpets were unique, and the whole place had its own design, with lots of mood lighting and very comfortable extra-large beds. There were even natural roses and bath salts for a romantic bath. A truly perfect vacation. I'd return anytime, if it's available!

The place really feels like a five-star property. Its location is hard to beat, right across from the train, tram and bus station. The cleaning service was great and included laundry. I'd recommend it to anyone, and this would be my place in Vienna.

VCA VIENNA CITY APARTMENTSTM (hereafter called “VCA”) made our first visit to Vienna far more fabulous than we expected. Our family of three, a couple and our 13-year-old child, stayed for six days during our summer vacation. On arrival, the owner welcomed us warmly, explained the room's kitchen and bathroom facilities, and shared useful local sightseeing tips. The free high-speed WIFI in the room also made it feel like we were living in Vienna. The manager and staff looked after us throughout the stay. For stays over five days booked directly through their website, daily room cleaning and laundry, along with complimentary fruit, are provided at no extra cost. When an electric adaptor broke and got stuck in an outlet on Sunday, the manager sorted it out almost immediately. She had also answered our pre-departure questions and concerns by email. The location was very convenient. Subway stations, bus stops and streetcar stops were all within a 10-minute walk, as were local grocery stores such as BILLA and HOFFER. We had a very comfortable stay and feel lucky to have stayed at VCA. We'll recommend it to friends. If you're comfortable communicating in English, we highly recommend booking directly through their website to save money.
