Vienna 1090

We paid €480 for a tiny, freezing room and dealt with very unprofessional behavior. The heating didn’t work. We called the communication phone and emailed several times, followed the instructions, and even had a technician visit, but nothing changed. Trying to sort it out kept disrupting our schedule, and the room stayed cold. We then asked for an extra blanket and a minimum refund, but got neither. Instead, they emailed to say they had checked and everything was working fine, which felt like they were calling us liars. We don’t recommend this place at all.

The room was VERY small, the mattress extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom dirty. The fire alarm beeped for three days because of a low battery. I told them about it, but they did nothing. I really don’t recommend this place.

The worst part was the beds and pillows, which were horribly uncomfortable, with disgusting mattresses. The rooms are tiny: the triple room is only suitable for one person, and with luggage you can’t even open it inside. There was poor ventilation, no Wi-Fi or heating, and no cleaning. The bathrooms smelled awful, and the sink in the women’s bathroom stayed clogged for our entire stay.

The room was small but clean, and the bathrooms were clean too. The door codes worked, and the location is handy, right by the metro station. At times the room got very cold, and the walls are so thin that we could hear everything outside. For the few nights we stayed, it was a decent place at a reasonable price.
